trip to aljunied

excuse me, can i be lazy?

school ends at 115 today. as our school trip to singapore national stadium was cancelled.. we planned to go over geylang for frog porridge after the outing. dont even know what the teachers are thinking. by hook or by crude, we should be going. last minute say the whole outing was cancelled. wth.. so we decided to go to marina sq and stay for dinner since everything was planned.

reached marina sq. kinda miss the place.. used to work there last month. miss the walk way. miss the people. miss the food loft. miss the boring working environment. miss the one i used to be....... hmms. guess i will get used to the new working place soon! i'll be starting work next tuesday. it suppose to be this week but i propose that its better for me to start next week. which means less time being with my cliques. sure gonna miss the slacking days.

its was raining today in the noon. the weather was breezy and nice. we didnt stay at MS for long as they wanted to go geylang to eat and 'tour' around. after convincing themselves that geylang is not far from cityhall and the temptation of the food there... some of us are abit fickle minded thinking of going anot.. in the end, we did.=)

the frog porridge stall is so hard to find. theres too much lorong to think of. so we just kept walking straight. the traffic there is not even organise. not much crossings for pedestrian, had to jay walk instead. this is the first time i find crossing a road so scary, the cars was coming and we have to find a chance to cross. but we still manage to get through it.

the stall adrian recommended was not opened. so we went to the one which i used to eat with my colleagues last time. i was starving by then. its still as yummy as ever! SATISFIED. the trip was worthwhile..hee.. the 2nd stop was.... beef hor fun... jeremy's recommendation. not bad too.. i guess thats the best beef hor fun i've ever tasted. but the 6 of us shared one plate.. we went to have dessert at you tiao wang. well-known for soya beancurd and all those delights not to forget you tiao too...

after all the eating i was full. the guys decided to take a 'tour' around the place. i really experienced things i have never seen.. thanks to eugene. lols. and all those big bunch of girls standing at the alley. theres alot of them. its was an eye-opening for me. as i dont really go and explore that much when i go there last time...

reached home at 835 today. still manage to catch my tv programs. lols. guess if we continue going to places and eat. i'm bound to grow fat this yr... they planned to go to alot more places for nice foods. =)) yea! my favourite.
