Sometimes it seems like we’re all living in some kind of prison, and the crime is how much we all hate ourselves. It’s good to get really dressed up once in a while and admit the truth — that when you really look closely, people are so strange and so complicated that they’re actually beautiful.

Slow down and enjoy life. It’s not only the scenery you miss by going too fast
— you also miss the sense of where you are going and why.

When someone sees the same people everyday, they wind up becoming a part of that person’s life. And then they want the person to change. If someone isn’t what others want them to be, the others become angry. Everyone seems to have a clear idea of how other people should lead their lives, but none about his or her own.
